“A New World – A Musical Concert of our Stories” is a storytelling concert with live orchestra based on the musical theatre repertoire. Taking inspiration from the setting of small underground cabaret bars, the show includes singing, acting, dancing and a 5-piece orchestra on-stage.

With the cabaret setting and the 4th wall demolished, the audience is an active member of the storytelling and as the cast tell their stories, the audience might find those to be their stories too. The script surrounding the action will be devised via the collaboration between the cast with the director and the story will revolve around the life journey of four young people towards self-reflection, self-realisation, fulfilment and success.
Produced by a newly formed informal theatre group of young professionals, the show will premiere on the 26th of February at Rialto Theatre Limassol with a double show at 7 pm and 9 pm. Two additional shows will follow on the 5th of March at Satiriko Theatre, Nicosia at 7pm and 9 pm.
Cast: Michalis Antoniou, Andreas Aroditis, Christina Averkiou and Polina Panagiotou.
The show will be under the creative direction of Michalis Antoniou, the musical direction of Aris Antoniades and the production direction of Sarah Patsalidou.
