Παρακολουθεί γεμάτος ζήλια και ειρωνεία τη χαρά και τις γιορτές των κατοίκων του Χούβιλ, μέχρι που αποφασίζει να καταστρώσει ένα σχέδιο: να κλέψει τα Χριστούγεννα. Στο Χούβιλ, η μικρή Σίντι-Λου και οι αδερφές της γεμάτες ενθουσιασμό θέλουν να στείλουν το γράμμα τους στον Άγιο Βασίλη, ενώ η πόλη προετοιμάζεται για την πιο λαμπρή γιορτή. Στο μεταξύ, στο Εργαστήρι του Άγιου Βασίλη, τα ξωτικά προκαλούν χάος: άλλα καλά και άλλα άτακτα, ανακατεύουν τα γράμματα των παιδιών και δημιουργούν μπερδέματα με τις λίστες των δώρων. Η κατάσταση οδηγεί σε συγκρούσεις, αστείες παρεξηγήσεις αλλά και κρίσιμες στιγμές για το μέλλον των Χριστουγέννων. Καθώς η αναστάτωση κορυφώνεται, εμφανίζεται και μια νέα γενιά «Γκριντς», τα Γκριντσάκια και ο Γκριντς Τζούνιορ, ο ανιψιός του, που φέρνουν επιπλέον ανατροπές με τις σκανταλιές τους. Παρά το χάος, η ιστορία δείχνει πως η μαγεία των Χριστουγέννων δεν βρίσκεται μόνο στα δώρα ή στα γράμματα, αλλά κυρίως στην αγάπη, στη συνεργασία και στη χαρά που μοιράζονται οι άνθρωποι μεταξύ τους.

Δύο αστέρια της διεθνούς μουσικής σκηνής συμπράττουν με τη Συμφωνική Ορχήστρα Κύπρου στις συναυλίες Starlight 2. Η αρπίστρια Lavinia Meijer, μία από τις σημαντικότερες της γενιάς της και αποκλειστική καλλιτέχνις της Sony Classical, μαγεύει το κοινό μέσα από τις τολμηρές της εξερευνήσεις που διατρέχουν την κλασική μουσική, την ηλεκτρονική, την τζαζ και το avant rock. Η βραβευμένη με Grammy μαέστρος Karen Kamensek ξεχωρίζει για την καλλιτεχνική της ευρύτητα, τη βαρύτητα των ερμηνειών της και τη βαθιά της αφοσίωση στην ανάδειξη συνθετών του 20ού και 21^ου αιώνα.

Υπό την αριστοτεχνική της διεύθυνση, η Lavinia Meijer θα ερμηνεύσει το Concierto de Aranjuez του Joaquín Rodrigo, ένα από τα πιο σαγηνευτικά αριστουργήματα του 20ού αιώνα. Το Βασιλικό Παλάτι της Aranjuez, θερινή κατοικία των Βουρβόνων βασιλέων της Ισπανίας τον 18^ο αιώνα, ενέπνευσε τον συνθέτη να αποτυπώσει μια εξιδανικευμένη Ισπανία του παρελθόντος. Συνδυάζοντας μια ποικιλία ισπανικών μουσικών στοιχείων, δημιούργησε ένα έργο θαυμαστής συγκινησιακής δύναμης.

Η συναυλία θα ξεκινήσει με το Pivot της υποψήφιας για Grammy συνθέτριας Anna Clyne. Το έργο ξεχειλίζει από ενέργεια και έναν ξεχωριστό κέλτικο χαρακτήρα, καθώς μεταβαίνει από το ένα ζωηρό θέμα στο άλλο, εμπνευσμένο από τις εντυπώσεις της συνθέτριας στο Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ του Εδιμβούργου. Το πρόγραμμα θα ολοκληρωθεί με τη Συμφωνία αρ. 3 του Brahms – ένα από τα πιο προσωπικά, ποιητικά και δραματικά συμφωνικά του έργα.
