  • We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
  • If you place an online order to purchase a ticket, we collect your name, address, and other contact information to fulfill your purchase in the most efficient way.
  • Your name, email address and contact information will be communicated to the producer of the event for which tickets have been bought only upon request.

  • All web pages on www.soldoutticketbox.com are encrypted via a secure SHA256 encryption method, meaning data exchanged between your browser and our website is safe from prying eyes.

  • As necessary, to perform a contract with you, such as a contract to process an order from you for one or more of our Services including, where applicable, taking payment and carrying out fulfilment of your ticket purchase and delivery (via email, printing at ticketbox, or other delivery method as required).
  • As necessary, to comply with a legal obligation, for the following purposes:

where you exercise your rights under data protection law and make requests; and

as may be required to meet national security or law enforcement requirements or prevent illegal activity.
