REFUNDS POLICY

If your event is eligible for a refund after an annnoucement by the Organizer and you decide to proceed with a Refund Request, please consider the following refund terms:
 

1. The refund application form must be completed by the same person whom tickets are registered on

2. The refund will be processed within 20 working days after the form is submitted

3. Only the face-value of the ticket(s) will be refunded, as service fees and transaction fees are not refundable and apply to all transactions already completed and processed

4. The refund will only be completed if all the correct information is submitted

5. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card). If the card, from the time your purchased your tickets, became invalid, we will contact you on the email you will provide on this form.
