Μετά την τεράστια επιτυχία του ΕΡΓΟΥ ΠΟΥ ΠΑΕΙ ΛΑΘΟΣ, το οποίο έσπασε ρεκόρ εισιτηρίων, ο ALPHA Κύπρου παρουσιάζει τον ΠΙΤΕΡ ΠΑΝ ΠΑΕΙ ΛΑΘΟΣ!
Μπορεί όλα να πήγαν καταστροφικά στην πρώτη παραγωγή των “ατάλατων ηθοποιών” όμως αυτή τη φορά δεν πρόκειται να το βάλουν κάτω! Αποφασίζουν να ανεβάσουν μια νέα παράσταση, προσλαμβάνοντας μάλιστα και έναν επαγγελματία ηθοποιό για να τους βοηθήσει, με τις καταστροφές να γίνονται ακόμη χειρότερες και το γέλιο ακόμη πιο δυνατό!
Μια υπερπαραγωγή που ταξίδεψε από το West End μέχρι το Broadway, η παράσταση ενηλίκων “Ο Πίτερ Παν Πάει Λάθος” φτάνει επιτέλους στην Κύπρο . Ποιος θα βγει αλώβητος από τα λάθη και τις καταστροφές;

John & Mary keep changing towns, desperately trying to find a place which is safe enough to settle down but each town they move to, turns out to be as bad or even worse than the town they were before. When they finally move to a place called “Safetown“, thinking this town must be safe, little do they know what horror lies ahead ! A town in which everyone’s a thief including the Bishop, the Mayor, even the police itself! The center of attraction, becomes a painting, hanging in the couple’s living room.
All proceeds raised will be allocated to support specialized transport for people with limited mobility of the Cyprus Red Cross Society - Nicosia Branch. Μια πρωτότυπη παράσταση – ομιλία – θεραπεία από τον Γιάννη Αθανασόπουλο
Ο Γιάννης Αθανασόπουλος έρχεται ξανά για να μας πει επτά ιστορίες.
Επτά δικές σου ιστορίες. Και επτά δικές του. Και επτά δικές μας.
Ο αριθμός 7 δεν είναι καθόλου τυχαίος και θα καταλάβεις το γιατί όταν το δεις.
Μετά το "παιδί που ανταμώσαμε" όλοι γνωρίζουν τι σημαίνει για τον Γιάννη η σύνδεση με το κοινό. Όλα είναι εκεί. Και αυτή η παράσταση εξαρτάται μόνο από αυτό.
Η παράσταση αυτή είναι μία απόπειρα «θεραπείας» επί σκηνής.

Η παράσταση αυτή είναι μια σκληρή αγκαλιά στο τραύμα και μια οξύμωρη ψυχοθεραπευτική προέκταση.

Από το 1 έως το 7 θα δεις όλη σου τη ζωή και θα χρειαστεί να την αναλάβεις. Χωρίς «άλλους».
Από το 1 έως το 7 θα νιώσεις. Με ό,τι προϋποθέτει αυτό. Καλό και Κακό.

«Θα σας πω επτά αλλιώτικες ιστορίες.
Και θα βρεθούμε όλοι μέσα σε αυτές.
Και όσοι δεν βρεθούμε μέσα σε αυτές, είναι γιατί το αρνούμαστε, όχι γιατί δεν είμαστε εκεί.
Εκεί είμαστε όλοι.
Θα σας πω επτά δύσκολες ιστορίες.
Και θα νιώσουμε τρόμο και γαλήνη όλοι μέσα σε αυτές.

Haris Alexiou, Dimitra Stogianni, and Zaharias Karounis narrate Romanos the Melodist
Nicosia For Art and the Municipality of Nicosia present a performance of words and music, inspired by the work of Saint Romanos the Melodist. The production, directed by Zaharias Karounis, will take place on the 7th and 8th of April at the Nicosia Municipal Theatre. It recounts the events of Holy Week, from Christ’s entrance into Jerusalem to His Crucifixion and Resurrection, unfolding through seven scenes and six newly composed musical pieces by Thomas Konstantinou.
A musical-theatrical stage reading, featuring Haris Alexiou, Dimitra Stogianni, and Zaharias Karounis, breathes life into selected excerpts from Romanos' hymns, Rendered into modern Greek in poetic form, these hymns take shape through dramatised dialogues and narrations. The performers - actors and musicians alike - become vessels for the thoughts of Romanos, presenting the eternal angst of the human mind and free will, as it grapples with expression, with choice - between light and darkness.
The narrations are interwoven with original orchestral compositions inspired by Byzantine musical tradition, as well as excerpts from well-known, emblematic hymns. These are performed by a five-piece ensemble, complemented by pre-recorded soundscapes, and visual projections.

Part of Francophonie month 2025, the STARLIGHT 4 concerts of the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra invite the audience to an enchanting evening of French artistry and elegance with two superb French artists. The Orchestra anticipates with much joy its first collaboration with the world-class oboist Céline Moinet, who has been praised as “…flawless throughout: her sound is a delight, her technique impeccable and her stamina…superhuman”. At the podium we welcome back the amazing conductor Patrick Gallois, renowned for his commanding brilliance and outstanding recordings with NAXOS.
Francis Poulenc’s Sinfonietta opens the programme with its playful wit and lyrical grace, a delightful piece of neoclassical brilliance.
Oboist Céline Moinet will enchant us with Jean Françaix’s L’horloge de flore, a whimsical and evocative musical depiction of flowers blooming through the hours of the day, brimming with colour and subtlety.
The concert will conclude with yet more French elegance with George Bizet’s masterful First Symphony, a tribute to his teacher, Charles Gounod.
