About the event:
Lecture Topic: "What Did I Say?" How Our Feelings Become Weapons Against Us
Emotional abuse has been the norm in the upbringing system for generations and has become part of our DNA. As a result, we constantly criticize ourselves, we cannot say "no" without guilt, we have a hard time with our emotions and the emotions of our children, and, trying our best, we still constantly feel tired and guilty. At the same time, even realizing all the mistakes, we do not often manage to break free and start raising children differently.
About how emotions have been devalued by generations, how this still affects us, and how to break the chain so as not to pass it on to children.
Without idealization. With humor, pain, confessions and points of support.
