On January 25th, Konstantin Raikin will present his poetry one-man show "Most Beloved" at the Pattichio Theater. Konstantin Arkadyevich Raikin is the artistic director of the Arkady Raikin State Satirikon Theater, a People's Artist of Russia, and a laureate of the Russian Federation State Prizes.
The poetry one-man show "Most Beloved" is sublime poetry, filtered through the heart.
"What I do in this show is very much like me. For me, poetry readings are the same roles, the same monologues. They are subject to the same laws of stage existence as any dramatic role. I sense a surge of interest in true poetry. People are missing a certain vitamin in their spiritual nourishment. Reading Pushkin will reduce the number of germs in the air.
