CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Ticket purchasers must comply with all following rules and regulations.

These terms and conditions may be changes without prior notice.

Tickets can be purchased only through authorized ticket seller soldoutticketbox.com. No entry to any person who purchases tickets from any unauthorized source.

By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from making a purchase.

General Conditions

• All visitors attending the venue must not solicit, attempt to sell or distribute any goods, advertisements, promotional or political materials (or similar), etc. to persons attending the venue or within the venue premises.
• It will be a cashless event. There are no ATMs on the venue.
• Food & Drinks – Food and drinks are available at the venue. No external food and drink is allowed.
• Alcoholic beverages must not be taken from the venue.
• Alcohol is prohibited to anyone under the age of 18 years. Photo ID must be presented if requested by venue staff.
• If General Admission (fanzones) standing ticket is purchased, visitor must remain in the standing area and are not permitted in other areas.
• The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability. 

Access

• Arena access is only permitted to those who are in possession of a valid ticket or accreditation pass.
• Children under 16 are not allowed.
• Refuse of admission or evict without refund or compensation to any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly / inappropriate or who poses a threat to the security or enjoyment of other event attendees.
• Refuse entry of items which have the potential to cause injury or public nuisance.
• Refuse entry to any person who purchases an event ticket from any unauthorized source. Only soldoutticketbox.com is authorized tickets seller.
• The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including, but not limited to, recording devices and controlled or dangerous substances.

Prohibited Items

The following prohibited items are not allowed in venue. These items may change, without notice and at the complete discretion of organizer:

• No backpacks/bags larger than the approved size of 40x30x20 cm. Bags must be a sling handle bag and remain on your person.
• Professional cameras or cameras with a detachable lens, telephoto lens or a lens that extends more than 5cm from the body of the camera. Flash photography is not permitted.
• Recording devices.
• Monopods or tripods.
• Any liquids.
• Cans and bottles of any kind.
• Any food.
• Drugs, and weapons any kind are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
• Items that can be used as a projectile.
• Fireworks or flares.
• Laser pointers, permanent markers / felt type pens, scissors or aerosol canisters.
• Drones and or other remote-controlled devices.
• Glow sticks and illuminating objects such as LED signage
• Motorbike helmets or balaclavas.
• Horns, trumpets, sirens, whistles, air horns - any type of noise making devices.
• Flags, banners.
• Posters or signs larger than 30cm x 30cm, content must not be offensive in any nature.
• Umbrellas longer than 30 cm (when in the closed position).
• Vacuum flasks of any material.
• Bicycles, skateboards / skates / scooters.
• Animals.

*Kindly note effective in the venue no place to save prohibited items cabin. 
 

Filming and Photography

• Professional photo and video shooting is prohibited.
• No photos or videos can be used for commercial purposes.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Event can be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, customers will receive notice via email.
• No refunds are provided unless the event is officially canceled.
