PREMIERE! Theater "Ostrov" presents an interactive fairy tale for the little ones, in which kids play the main role!
Children from 2 to 6 years old, along with Ladybug, Butterfly and Ant, are invited to a ball dedicated to the awakening of Camilla the 25th queen of daisies! But before it takes place, our main characters, together with young viewers, will have to fight the insidious Aphid, who planned to kidnap and eat the Queen. So can our friends save Camille? Only with your help!

Alkinoos Ioannidis Invites the Nicosia International Festival audience to a concert in complete darkness. An invitation the objective of which is promote empathy and understanding of what it's like to live with visual impairment and the fact that the visually impaired have the same rights to access life, art and society.
Standing next to Alkinoos the writer and singer Thodoris Tsatsos who was born blind. Through their artistic coexistence, they shall accompany the audience from darkness to light.

Η Πολιτιστική Πλατφόρμα Ad Libitum διοργανώνει μια ξεχωριστή συναυλία για τη συμπλήρωση 25 χρόνων μουσικής δημιουργίας του συνθέτη και μαέστρου Γιώργου Παπαγεωργίου. Δύο εξαίρετοι μουσικοί, ο Νίκος Νικολάου στο πιάνο και ο Μάριος Κωνσταντίνου στο τραγούδι, συμπράττουν με τον ίδιο το συνθέτη στο πιάνο δημιουργώντας μια νοσταλγική ατμόσφαιρα μέσω του αρχέγονου καλλιτεχνικού διαλόγου μεταξύ ποίησης και μουσικής. Θα παρουσιαστούν τραγούδια του συνθέτη σε ποίηση Ουράνη, Σκαρίμπα, Βρεττάκου, Καββαδία, Παλαμά, αλλά και σε δικούς του στίχους, που γράφτηκαν μέσα σε αυτά τα 25 χρόνια μουσικής πορείας για θεατρικές και μουσικές παραστάσεις. Οι μπαλάντες και τα μπλουζ θα πλέξουν ποιητικές εικόνες με τα λαϊκά μελίσματα και τους ελληνικούς ρυθμούς, χαράζοντας τον καμβά του ρομαντισμού της μέσο-μετά-πολεμικής ποίησης, άλλοτε με ανεπαίσθητη τρυφερότητα και άλλοτε με την τραχύτητα του σύγχρονου μουσικού ιδιώματος.

ΗΡΟΥΣ ΚΑΙ ΛΕΑΝΔΡΟΥ ΕΡΩΤΕΣ σε σκηνοθεσία Γιάννη Λεοντάρη.
Η Ηρώ και ο Λέανδρος ερωτεύονται και παντρεύονται μυστικά γιατί η Ηρώ ως ιέρεια της Αφροδίτης απαγορευόταν να παντρευτεί. Η Ηρώ άναβε μία λάμπα κάθε νύχτα στην κορυφή του πύργου της, και ο Λέανδρος ακολουθώντας το φως, κολυμπούσε τον Ελλήσποντο για να τη συναντά. Ένα βράδυ του χειμώνα όμως η λάμπα ξεχάστηκε αναμμένη, ο Λέανδρος κολύμπησε στην φουρτουνιασμένη θάλασσα και πνίγηκε. Το πρωί το πτώμα του ξεβράστηκε στη ακτή της Σηστού. Η Ηρώ μέσα στη θλίψη της έπεσε στη θάλασσα και πνίγηκε και αυτή. Αργότερα οι εραστές ξεβράστηκαν αγκαλιασμένοι στην ακτή, όπου οι κάτοικοι τους έθαψαν σε κοινό τάφο.

The unique international girls' choir “Midnight girls’ choir”, created in Cyprus under the direction of the famous opera singer Anastasia Maximova, will perform a new long-awaited show Favorite Songs from Disney. The girls will be dressed as the most popular Disney princesses and will perform the most famous songs from the Disney movies and cartoons, you will see some unique vivid fragments of your favorite fairy tales on a big screen placed right on stage.
Seeing a character from a Disney cartoon is the dream of any child!
Midnight girls’ choir has been loved by the Cypriot audience for its skill, high level of performance and amazing voices for a long time. The girls performed in all Cypriot theaters, took part in many show programs, with great success. This year in May they had their first solo performances in Nicosia and Paphos.
The concerts are supported by the Russian Center for Science and Culture in the Republic of Cyprus and the Rainbow in Cyprus Children's Charitable Foundation.

Following its premiere at the Nicosia International Festival 2021, Routes λ2 returns to the streets of Nicosia, for a weekend! A bus full of inspiring stories of the LGBTI+ community shall be departing from the Nicosia Municipal Theater for routes around the city.
This pioneering theatrical event will take place inside a Cyprus Publilc Transport bus, and the stories told are those of the LGBTI+ community, stories that often remain on the sidelines. The audience is no longer a simple spectator in the theatrical act since it will be an integral part of it, thus inaugurating a new relationship between the spectator and the action.
