· Tickets for each event are on sale 24 hours 24 simultaneously through the online platform of SoldOut Tickets to over 40 points nationwide and online at www.soldout-tickets.com.cy & www.soldoutticketbox.com
· The service supports ticket sales with numbered and non-numbered seats, enabling simultaneous sale of multi performances of the same show . Where numbered seats are electronically activated, the system automatically updates the availability of seats.
· Activation of ticket sales starts immediately without delays and tickets are printed automatically through the electronic system of Soldout Tickets, so no need to print tickets in blocks by the organizer .
· The ticket sale,on the day of each event is carried through by trained individuals of SoldOut Tickets, for two hours before the performance begins , on the day of the show .
· At the entrance of the event tickets are scanned by a SoldOut Tickets Representative for full control (this provides additional assurance to the organizer as to the validity of the ticket , the authenticity and the number of tickets that were presented at the entrance ) .
· The organizer has a complete picture of sales anytime online, through links provides .
· The organizer collects the event monew money safely within ten working days of the conduct of each event .
· Ticketbox Sales are only by cash.
· For Online Ticket Sales ( included in the integrated ticketing package ) € 1 service fee,is added on each ticket ( any value ) , which is charged to the purchaser of the ticket. The buyer upon completion of the purchase prints the ticket and presents it at the entrance of the event venue to be scanned (each ticket has a barcode).
· You do not need tickets stamped by the municipalities , since the municipalities accept e- tickets with barcodes , which are scanned at the entrance
· At the venue ticketbox serves one person. If necessary a second or a third person can assist , and there is an extra charge per person .
· The sitting arangement of attendees, in the venue of any event , is the responsibility of the organizer
· Tickets may not be sold otherwise than through the Soldout Tickets Platform
· In case of cancellation of a performance by the organizer , or other cause, Soldout Tickets returns the money to ticket holders in consultation with the organizer and charges the organizer, a Refund Ticketing Service Fee,accordingly.
